§ 10-86. Purpose.

The purpose of the animal control board ("board") shall be to hear and determine matters submitted to the board pursuant to the state Responsible Dog Ownership Law (O.C.G.A. § 4-8-20 et seq.) and to determine such other matters as shall be provided from time to time by city ordinance.
