§ 38-1. Adoption of state law by reference; penalties for violation.

Pursuant O.C.G.A. §§ 40-6-372—40-6-376, O.C.G.A. § 40-6-1 et seq., known as the "Uniform Rules of the Road" are hereby adopted as and for the traffic regulations of the city with like effect as if recited herein.
