§ 2-291. Enforcement of state minimum standard codes.

It is the policy of the city to enforce the mandatory minimum standard codes and amendments thereto pursuant to O.C.G.A. §§ 8-2-20(9)(B)(ii) and 8-2-25. The city shall enforce those permissive minimum standard codes and amendments thereto that are adopted by the city as set forth in section 103-47.
